Join us! Let yourself be dazzled by the unparalleled beauty of Ria de Aveiro aboard the traditional Moliceiro boat, a unique vessel found only in our region. Experience one of the main economic activities of the area: clam harvesting!
Discover, feel, and appreciate is the motto for this activity! Learn about the lagoon’s stories and gain more knowledge about the surrounding environment. Explore one of the main lagoon activities: clam harvesting. Identify different species, get your hands dirty in the mud, and live the experience. Discover some fishing techniques and, if possible, taste the lagoon’s “fruits” at the end. We will sail through the inner delta, navigating natural canals and islands, uncovering the mysteries, traditions, history, and tales of the authentic Ria de Aveiro. A unique experience filled with curiosities and breathtaking landscapes.

Specific recommendations for this activity: Wear shorts or bring pants that are easy to roll up, apply sunscreen (rain or shine, even in foggy conditions), water shoes if you’re not comfortable barefoot, and consider bringing swimwear for a dip during the trip.

Price per person without tasting: 18.00€ (12 to 24 people)

Children aged 4 to 10 (inclusive) receive a 50% discount on the PVP for groups larger than six people. | Children up to 3 years old participate for free.
For groups smaller than 12 people, there is a minimum cost of 300.00€ for an exclusive tour (only for boarding in Murtosa).
To complement this activity, we can add a small clam tasting with an extra cost of 10.00€ per person, including drinks. This option depends on the quality and condition of the clams.
